Condition Report:
The system power up and completed initialization. The C Arm control's displays and key pad are working fine. The Fluoroscopy, Pulsed Fluoro & Radiography modes are selectable and working. Good quality images were displayed on the twin CRT monitors. The Series 9800 ESP workstation keyboard and function menus are in good working order. Patient registration and function menus are in good working order. Both foot switches and hand held exposure switch are working fine. C Arm motorized height adjustment is working but noisy when operate. Mechanical adjustments/locks are fully functional. The radiation switch key is included. Sony video graphic printer power up with its display and key pad working fine. Good printout was obtained. Laser aiming device was not working at the time of test. System is in good physical condition with minor scratches and scuffs around the covers, I.I, wheel covers and tube housi |
